This is where Factory 13 separates itself from the standard skateboard company. Individual, custom board designs handmade in our shop to the customers specifications. We are also capable of running O.E.M. (private label) boards, limited edition decks in small quantities, as well as stocking shops with our model boards. Board orders can be quoted by emailing your information and details to danny@factory13.org or by calling us directly. Some of our board options can be properly mixed and used with other unique options to really build a great, one of a kind skateboard.
MOLD options: This is what forms the boards concave and feel. Figure out what would best suit your needs, feel free to ask for assistance if you have questions or need a suggestion or direction to head in.
CONSTRUCTION options: We offer many types of board constructions besides the standard. Anything from 7 ply maple, to carbon fiber, and everything in between.
MOLDS (concave profiles and main/maximum dimensions)
Mold #1
maximum width of 9”, maximim length of 34” , suggested wheelbase of 13.5” - 14.5” double kick concave.
Mold #2
maximum width of 10.5”, maximum length of 35” , suggested wheelbase of 15” - 15.5” double kick concave.
Mold #3
maximum width of 11”, maximum length of 44” , suggested wheelbase of 19” - 21” double kick deep concave.
Mold #4
maximum width of 11”, maximum length of 36” , suggested wheelbase of 15” - 21” single kick deep concave.
Mold #5
maximum width of 10”, maximum length of 38” , suggested wheelbase of 18” - 19” double kick medium concave.
Mold #6
maximum width of 10.5”, maximum length of 33” , suggested wheelbase of 16” - 17” single kick / spoon concave.
Mold #7
maximum width of 15”, maximum length of 42” , suggested wheelbase of 14” - 22” single kick no concave.
Mold #8
maximum width, length, and wheelbase are open to any size. total flat press, no concave or nose/tail kick. This can either be a horizontal or vertical glue seam hardwood laminate.
Mold #9
“Slingshot mold” an original mold only available here, a deep rocker (approx. 2” deep nose to tail) and no concave.
Maximum width of 10”, maximum length of 36”, suggested wheelbase of of 15” - 17”
CONSTRUCTIONS (the material layup of the board)
Standard 7 ply:
Hardwood maple or birch laminate, approx .45 - .50 thickness
Thick 8 ply:
Hardwood maple or birch laminate, approx .55 - .68 thickness
Slik ply:
Hardwood laminate with a formica top, bottom, or double sided.
Carbon Fiber:
Hardwood laminate with either a carbon fiber top or bottom. You can have both sides carbon fiber per request.
Clear Fiberglass:
Hardwood laminate with either a clear fiberglass top or bottom. You can have both sides fiberglass per request.
Vertical seam laminate:
A laminate that is made of a mixture of hardwood species that is totally flat. A vertical glue seam thruout.
Vertical seam core:
A vertical glue seam core piece, made out of a mixture of hardwood species, that is approximately .20” thick
Exotic thin veneer ply:
Hardwood laminate with a bottom, top, or double sided ply of any exotic hardwood veneer we have in stock at the time. Contact us for a list of current veneer in stock.

2. Your stock or custom order will be quoted with a shipping price and a delivery time will be set
3. Send in your payment (money order made out to Factory 13 skateboards, or cash) to our address listed above. We also accept PayPal to the address of: sales@factory13.org
4. We will make your board and keep you up to date on progress. We can send you a finished picture when complete. Manufacturing time on our products will vary depending on the order, stock boards go out that week and custom boards can take from 3-4 weeks for proper completion.

QUALITY GUARANTEE INFORMATION:
Factory 13 guarantees all of our skateboards 100% from any defect that is caused by workmanship or material in a reasonable time frame. If the problem is from the user then we cannot cover it (example: leaving it out in the rain for a week or wanting to return a board 2 years old). Wood is a live product and does have properties that reflect that. We work together with our fellow skaters for the best product possible. This is not Wal-Mart and we are not millionaires, so if you are a crybaby or a jerk, do not order skateboards from us. Besides that, thank you to all skateboarders world wide for your continued support of Factory 13, a true skater run, independent skateboard company.
